Helping Hands, Etc. is the partnership company of Sandy and Bill Mathews.
Prior to the formation of their company, Sandy was a Legal Secretary for 12
years for three different law firms in California and Colorado and worked for
15 years for a law enforcement agency - attaining the position of Administrative
Coordinator. She was an Office Manager for a Plastic Surgeon for two years.
Also, Sandy has served as Secretary to the Vice-President and President in the
banking industry and was an Industrial Engineering Department Secretary.
Throughout her impressive career, Sandy earned recognition for her ability to
organize, streamline, and improve the work flow and efficiency of her work
places and staff.
In addition, Bill has a background career of 42 years in a self-employed welding
supply business. During this time, he was in charge of operations, including
inventory control, distribution and delivery, supplies, and warehouse
organization and layout. Bill also coordinated the relocation and maintenance of
two distribution locations.
So, if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, cannot figure out what needs
to be done and just need someone to help you....then you need to call Helping

Sandy Mathews is currently the Chapter Secretary on the Board of Directors for the
National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) - San Diego Chapter. She served
two terms as Director of Administration (2007-2009) for the NAPO-San Diego Chapter.
Also, Sandy is creator and Newsletter Editor of the San Diego Statement newsletter.
